About Us

Cotswold Logs was set up in 2010 to supply top quality kiln dried hardwood logs to people across the Cotswolds.

The company is run by the same team as Cotswold Seeds, a long established specialist grass seed merchant. With farmers planting in the Autumn and Spring, Cotswold Seeds established the logs venture to keep staff employed during the winter months and fill a gap in the local firewood market.

Logs are sourced and kiln dried locally by Walkers Logs near Northleach. With wood growing in popularity as a renewable, carbon-neutral source of heat, the distance the wood travels is kept to a minimum, a key philosophy for Cotswold Logs.

As many people find stacking logs a time-consuming and back-breaking chore, our free stacking service aims to take the hard graft out of storing logs neatly. We deliver within a 20 mile radius of Moreton in Marsh (this includes Chipping Norton, Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water, Northleach, Fairford, Burford, Banbury, Shipston-on-Stour, Chipping Campden, Evesham, Stratford, Witney, Carterton, Kidlington, Woodstock, Cheltenham, Alcester and Pershore) and customers can chose from Scheduled or Priority delivery to suit their circumstances.
